AIR FLOW INSIDE A COMPUTER CASE

The power supply fan exhausts the hot air created by the CPU and other components within the case.

The power supply is located at the top rear of the case, due to the fact that hot air rises.

With only the power supply fan, pulling air out of the case this causes a small negative air pressure.

With the hotter air being exhausted at the top of the case, this is replaced with other air rising. Hence there is airflow.

Ordinarily air is pulled in through vents and other openings of the case, which also pulls in dust.

This is where installing our DUST FILTER in the case, will very much enhance this airflow as well as filtering it.

Adding a second fan with a DUST FILTER will create a positive air pressure.
